Deposit and cancellation policy
Rooms must be guaranteed by either a valid Visa or Mastercard, or by personal check if received at least one week prior to arrival.
Cancellations must be made 7days prior to arrival and 14 days prior to arrival over Holiday periods.
ONLINE BOOKINGS
Cancellation of any online booking will be charged a 20% service fee. A hotel credit will be issued for the remaining balance for another stay. Any late cancellation will result in loss of one deposit. Sorry, but there are No Exceptions. |
Check-in time is between 2pm and 10pm weekdays and 2pm and 11pm weekends. For the safety of our guests, no late arrivals will be accepted. Please plan your trip accordingly. Check-out time is no later than 11am.
Pets: Sorry, we don't accept pets. However, there is a dog on the premises.
Children: We ask that children staying here are well behaved and well supervised at all times, to help ensure a quiet atmosphere.
