Mountain biking has become very popular over the last number of years and Windham has even hosted National Mountain Bike races in 2008 and 2009. This year Windham will be hosting a UCI World Cup Mountain Bike race at the end of August. www.racewindham.com Mountain biking is available on many of the state trails in our area or you can enjoy a more leisurely ride on a rail trail only 30 minutes from Windham. If you like road biking, come out to see the Tour of The Catskills. www.tourofthecatskills.com This three day road race winds thru the hills and valleys of Greene County, starting with a time trial in Tannersville on Friday then two stages of over 50 miles on Saturday and Sunday.
